Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years UAE experience as Construction Manager.
• Experience managing high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• UAE Driving License preferred; must be currently available in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all site construction activities.
• Manage project execution to ensure completion within budget, quality standards and schedule.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and labor teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations and company policies.
• Review project drawings, technical documents and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers and government authorities.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.
