Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) seeks a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and infrastructure works on Dubai sites, ensuring construction activities align with approved drawings and specs. You will coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and suppliers, monitor progress and report delays, and prepare site reports and inspections.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 2–5 years of UAE site experience, with strong reading of drawings, AutoCAD and MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
2–5 years of site experience; UAE experience preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site works independently.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil and infrastructure works on site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, suppliers and other site teams.
Monitor progress, manpower, materials and equipment; report delays and site constraints.
Prepare site reports, inspection requests and quantity records.
Coordinate inspections with the consultant and follow up on comments and corrective actions.
Ensure site activities comply with quality and HSE requirements.
