Job summary

GREEN GROWTH CONSTRUCION LLC seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead mid-to-high-rise residential and commercial projects in Dubai. You will hold legal and technical accountability for the site, steering execution from groundbreaking to final handover.

Responsibilities include regulatory inspections, permit submissions, and managing site teams across civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring safety and compliance towards the Building Completion Certificate.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. / B.Eng./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Regulatory Stamp: You must possess an active, active-status municipal card linked to DM and DDA.
• Experience: 6-10 years of total construction experience
• Should be aware of UAE Construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Authority & Regulatory Mastery: act as the primary approved engineer of record for DM and DDA inspections, site checks, and final building sign-offs.
• Portal Operations: manage digital submittals via e-services to clear permits, structural revisions, and cross-department NOCs (DEWA, DCD, Trakhees).
• Site Leadership: oversee daily operations of site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors across civil, structural, MEP, and finishing stages.
• Project Tracking: maintain ownership of the projects.
• Quality & Safety Handover: ensure compliance with DM regulations and lead toward final Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
