Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies is seeking a Construction Engineer in Dubai to lead civil construction and interior fit-out projects with a minimum of five years of UAE experience. The role requires coordinating with Dubai authorities, supervising site teams, and ensuring projects meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, review technical documents, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in civil construction and interior fit-out.
G+4 Accreditation (Mandatory).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise civil construction and interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules for timely delivery.
Review drawings, BOQs, specs, and technical documents before execution.
Coordinate authority approvals, inspections, permits, and NOCs with Dubai authorities.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority submissions, and HSE standards.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Monitor quality, material usage, productivity, and progress.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
