Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead all commercial and contractual activities on major construction projects in the UAE. You will drive contract negotiations, manage variations, and oversee cost control and cash flow to safeguard project value.

Based in the UAE, you will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company procedures while delivering accurate forecasts and risk

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction/commercial management.
• Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Manager.
• Based in the UAE with strong UAE construction experience.
• Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual activities across construction projects
• Review contracts variations claims and subcontract agreements
• Monitor project costs budgets cash flow and financial performance
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients consultants and subcontractors
• Identify and manage commercial risks claims and potential cost impacts
• Coordinate with Project Management Procurement Finance and Technical teams
• Prepare commercial reports forecasts and recommendations for management
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements company procedures and UAE regulations
