Rowad Modern Engineering seeks an experienced on-site leader to oversee commercial building projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will manage subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep daily site operations on track.

Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution while complying with UAE regulations and QHSE standards. PMP certification is an advantage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in the UAE managing commercial building projects.
• Proven experience in high-end finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
• Manage daily site operations including subcontractors manpower materials and equipment
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications method statements and project schedules
• Monitor project progress productivity and resource utilization implementing corrective actions when required
• Coordinate with Technical Office QA QC Planning MEP and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations QHSE standards and client requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality safety and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management
