Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction
• Senior administrative or section head experience
• Strong knowledge of construction site administration and project support
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Administration team and site administrative activities.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations across construction sites and project offices.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
• Manage employee documentation, records, attendance, and administrative procedures.
• Oversee accommodation, transportation, office facilities, and general site services.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate government-related documentation, permits, visas, and other official requirements.
• Monitor administrative costs, office supplies, and service providers.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve administrative issues and provide timely support to project management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procedures.
