Job summary

Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day construction activities on a major railway project. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of construction supervision experience, railway or large infrastructure project exposure, and solid knowledge of QA/QC and HSE.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction supervision experience.
• Railway, metro, rail infrastructure, or major infrastructure project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• QA/QC and HSE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the railway project.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow the approved programme.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, track, MEP, and other railway works.
