Qualifications

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Concept Architect to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and refinement of innovative architectural concepts that drive organizational transformation and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will combine visionary thinking with analytical rigor, translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions while mentoring junior architects and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate comprehensive architectural concepts and strategic frameworks that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Analyze complex business requirements and technical landscapes to identify innovative solutions and design patterns
• Lead collaborative workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and build consensus around architectural direction
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including conceptual models, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Evaluate emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to inform and enhance architectural strategies
• Present architectural concepts and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and persuasive communication
• Oversee the transition of concepts from design phase through implementation, ensuring fidelity to original vision and quality standards
• Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and business partners to ensure architectural alignment across initiatives
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and address technical debt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design, computational design, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric and generative design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visualization and presentation production
