Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for translating client visions into compelling designs, managing technical complexities, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently within approved schedules and budgets. • Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals
• Review, analyze, and approve conceptual designs, technical drawings, and specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision
• Execute complex technical assignments independently and collaboratively, working under the direction of senior leadership while demonstrating decisiveness and analytical thinking
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across departments and with external stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and efficient project delivery
• Develop and implement innovative architectural methods, techniques, and best practices; mentor and train architectural and design personnel to elevate team capabilities
• Maintain strong liaison with design, drafting, and construction teams to ensure project cohesion, consistency, and adherence to timelines
• Analyze building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards applicable to projects in the UAE and international markets, ensuring full compliance
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with transparency and clarity
• Utilize advanced modeling software and tools to create detailed technical documentation and presentations that communicate design intent effectively
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to optimize design solutions and resolve technical challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification; professional architecture license or registration is required
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, project delivery, and team leadership
• Experience in the Middle East, markets is highly desirable; familiarity with UAE construction practices and standards is a significant advantage
