BitOasis, the Middle East's leading regulated crypto exchange, seeks a Senior Manager - Compliance Officer & MLRO in Dubai to lead CMS and AML/CFT programs. You will report to the Board, build regulatory relationships, and shape the financial crime prevention strategy.

You will ensure operational resilience, oversee risk assessments, and drive executive-level compliance initiatives within a rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years in compliance/regulatory/financial crime, with at least 3 years in senior-level roles.
• Pass regulator 'Fit and Proper' assessment with a clean regulatory history.
• Fluency in UAE virtual asset regulatory frameworks and UAE AML laws.
• Elite credentials: ACAMS or ICA Diploma in AML/GRC.

Aufgaben

• Architect and deploy CMS policies aligned with UAE virtual asset rules.
• Advise Board with audits, risk assessments, and strategic insights.
• Lead liaison with regulators, disclosures, and regulatory notifications.
• Champion staff training on consumer protection and financial crime laws.
• Co-pilot BCDR frameworks for resilient operations.
