Job summary

BitOasis is recruiting a Senior Manager – Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead CMS/AML/CFT and to assume the VARA Responsible Individual role. You will engage regulators, shape risk strategies, and partner with the Board to protect clients and the crypto ecosystem in the UAE.

This executive role requires deep regulatory fluency, strong communication with authorities, and the ability to build a culture of compliance across BitOasis in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance/regulatory/financial crime, including 3+ years in senior roles.
• Pass regulator Fit and Proper checks with clean history.
• Deep knowledge of UAE virtual asset regulations and AML laws.
• Elite credentials (ACAMS, ICA Diploma, GRC).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy CMS aligning with UAE crypto frameworks.
• Advise Board with audits, risk assessments, and reports.
• Lead regulatory liaison with authorities and disclosures.
• Drive training for staff on compliance and financial crime laws.
• Co-pilot BCDR frameworks for resilient operations.
