Bristol Myers Squibb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics Lead LR MEA to lead the Local Representative Markets Middle East and Africa compliance operations, partnering with market leaders to ensure integrity, quality and risk management.

This role drives the annual work plan, implements global programs locally, oversees governance committees, and provides practical guidance to market teams while maintaining strong ethics across Arabic and English speaking

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of compliance & ethics experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and industry codes.
• Ability to identify and assess compliance risks with practical guidance.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote integrity, quality and ethics across LR MEA markets.
• Develop and execute annual Compliance & Ethics work plan.
• Serve as day-to-day Compliance & Ethics partner for markets.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive local implementation of global programs and controls.
• Support governance through regional leadership and committees.
