Bristol Myers Squibb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics GCC to partner with markets across KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Jordan, promoting integrity and risk-based guidance. You will lead day-to-day compliance activities, develop the GCC work plan, assess risks, support governance, and collaborate with Legal and regional teams to ensure effective controls.

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of Compliance & Ethics experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sector preferred.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and compliance risks relevant to GCC markets.
• Ability to identify, assess and provide guidance on compliance risks.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across levels of an organization.

Responsabilités

• Promote integrity, quality, compliance and ethics across the organization.
• Develop and execute the GCC Compliance & Ethics work plan.
• Serve as day-to-day Compliance & Ethics partner for GCC markets with leadership support as needed.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks; help implement mitigation measures.
• Support local execution of global Compliance & Ethics programs and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal and other functions to provide coordinated advice.
• Support Compliance Committee activities and governance processes.
• Monitor local procedures, education, training and analytics in coordination with global teams.
• Assist with risk assessments and translate risks into work-plan priorities.
• Coordinate risk-based monitoring, audits and due diligence reviews.
