Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Compliance & Ethics experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and compliance risks.
• Ability to provide practical, risk-based guidance to business and functional stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Promote integrity and uphold ethics across the organization.
• Develop and execute GCC Compliance & Ethics work plan aligned to business strategies.
• Partner with Legal and other functions to provide coordinated, high-quality advice.
• Support Compliance Committee activities and governance processes.
• Conduct or support risk-based monitoring, audits and due diligence reviews.
