Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics GCC to drive and govern the ethics program across GCC markets, including UAE. The role partners with market stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks within business strategies and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities include developing the annual work plan, providing risk-based guidance, and supporting governance and escalation processes in alignment with global programs.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A professional qualification in compliance, law, accounting, audit, risk management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Compliance & Ethics in a highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and compliance risks relevant to the supported market(s).

Responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce the right tone throughout the organization with market leadership.
• Develop and execute the GCC Compliance & Ethics work plan.
• Serve as day-to-day Compliance & Ethics business partner for supported markets.
• Identify, assess, and upscale potential compliance risks with stakeholders.
• Support local implementation of BMS global Compliance & Ethics programs.
