Job summary

eToro is seeking a Compliance Officer to support the Head of Compliance in the daily operation of the local compliance framework in the UAE. The role emphasizes AML, regulatory liaison, and policy guidance across UAE regulators and FSRA requirements.

The candidate will lead monitoring, risk assessments, and reporting to senior management, ensuring timely updates and alignment with evolving regulatory standards while promoting a culture of compliant business practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience in financial services, including ADGM/FSRA-regulated context or UAE regulators.
• Experience advising senior management on regulatory issues and internal policy matters.
• Ability to collaborate with regulators and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Execute local compliance elements and contribute to the development of the team.
• Carry out compliance monitoring, surveillance, and reviews.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and policy issues to staff and management.
• Handle client inquiries, information requests, and regulatory referrals.
• Maintain compliance registers and respond to regulator requests.
