Job summary

MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub is seeking a remote Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance for brokerage and wealth management activities under the ADGM. This part-time role requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with FSRA regulations and perform compliance monitoring, while collaborating closely with the senior management team. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of compliance experience within brokerage, wealth management, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM FSRA regulations and Conduct of Business requirements.
• Experience dealing directly with regulators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with ADGM FSRA rules for brokerage and wealth management activities.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor client onboarding and transaction processes.
