Job summary

Client of Michael Page seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits specialist to maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels and role catalogue. You will evaluate new and revised positions using a grading methodology and support salary decisions with market data.

You will build and maintain salary structures and reward frameworks across multiple territories, perform cost modelling for offers and reviews, and monitor equity and governance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 8+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or Job Evaluation.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills for compensation modelling.
• Experience using salary surveys and external market data.
• Exposure to organizational design or workforce planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage job architecture including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.
• Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across territories.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support decisions.
• Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.
• Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies and governance compliance.
• Maintain compensation records, grading decisions and supporting reward documentation.
