Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking a senior compensation and rewards specialist to shape global reward strategy, manage job architecture across regions, and analyse market data for informed remuneration decisions.

The role focuses on maintaining salary structures, elevating cost modelling for offers and promotions, and ensuring governance and internal equity across territories. Strong Excel, modelling, and strategic HR design experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 8 years in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Job Evaluation, or related specialist HR functions.
Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling and workforce data analysis.
Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions.
Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning initiatives would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Shape reward strategy across multiple markets.
Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.
Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories.
Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.
Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.
Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance.
Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation.
