Job summary

C1 in Dubai seeks a mid-level to senior lawyer to act as the day-to-day legal partner for commercial, product, and marketing matters. You will manage routine and complex issues independently, enabling growth while maintaining oversight by the Head of Legal.

Qualifications

• UK-educated with demonstrable experience in a UK law firm or reputable in-house team.
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills with autonomy.
• Exposure to media, technology, and communications matters; IP/digital assets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including SaaS, vendor, licensing, and technology agreements.
• Provide product legal advisory across development and end-to-end contract lifecycle; guide stakeholders.
• Review marketing materials for compliance and advise on campaign design and customer communications.
• Support Head of Legal on major strategic projects and cross-border matters; deliver actionable memos.
