YOUR ROLE

• Proactively supporting legal operations for all business units or sub‑business units and/or professional functions of Henkel operations out of the Dubai regional office
• Providing legal counselling and advice to stakeholders
• Negotiating, preparing and/or reviewing contracts
• Managing external disputes and litigation
• Enhancing workflow and legal processes where required

YOUR SKILLS

• Law degree from a reputable university and licensed to practice law ("qualified")
• Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Area of practice experience must include commercial law
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of law firm experience is preferred
• Some GCC or regional experience
• English/Arabic bilingual preferred
