Job summary

du in Dubai seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to act as the focal legal contact for enterprise and commercial matters, focusing on ICT-related contracts, data sharing, and NDA/MOU oversight. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial documents and provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to relevant business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum 7+ years in-house legal or law firm experience in UAE, focus on commercial contracts

Responsibilities

• Act as focal legal contact for Enterprise and Commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial ICT-related contracts
• Provide commercial, risk-aware legal advice to business units
• Manage data sharing agreements and NDAs
• Coordinate with external counsel when required
• Help develop and update Legal Department policies and processes
