Job summary
THE·TEAM is seeking a Commercial Operations Lead in Abu Dhabi to structure and govern sponsorship, partnership and business development activities. You will oversee pipelines, CRM systems, reporting and cross‑functional coordination to give senior stakeholders clear visibility of priorities, risks and next actions.

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial operations and sales enablement.
- Knowledge of CRM governance, data quality and reporting.
- Ability to drive accountability across regional and cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial operations framework for sponsorship, partnership and business development.
- Govern the commercial pipeline with clear ownership, values, stages and deadlines.
- Run regular pipeline reviews and resolve stalled opportunities with accountable actions.
- Oversee CRM requirements, data quality and system improvements.
- Own commercial reporting for leadership, highlighting performance, priorities and risks.
- Coordinate with regional and international sales teams and other business functions.
