Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a seasoned Commercial Operations Lead in Abu Dhabi to structure and govern sponsorship, partnerships and business development. You will own the commercial pipeline, ensure CRM integrity, and produce timely reports for senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate with regional and international sales teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability while reducing risks and bottlenecks. A strong background in sports/entertainment sponsorship is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong experience in commercial operations, sponsorship sales, partnerships or related commercial environment.
Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and processes.
Strong CRM, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, markets and disciplines.
Experience with sponsorship, sports or major events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial operations framework for sponsorship, partnership and business development.
Govern the commercial pipeline with ownership, values, stages and deadlines.
Run pipeline reviews and drive actions for stalled opportunities.
Oversee CRM data quality and system improvements.
Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc commercial reporting.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
