Job summary

Black & Grey HR is assisting a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning – MEP for high-rise building projects. You will lead MEP planning, develop schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in contracting, strong BIM modeling with Revit, and AutoCAD proficiency. Immediate availability preferred; UAE work experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies, with high-rise projects.
• Strong BIM modeling experience and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects.
