Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring an Engineer – Planning MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordination of MEP works on large-scale high-rise developments, with immediate joiners preferred.

You will prepare and update schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and produce regular progress reports, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–10 years of experience in MEP planning within the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules for MEP activities using Primavera.
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, and work schedules to support execution activities.
• Identify project delays, risks, and critical activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all planning activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Support resource planning, material tracking, and project coordination activities.
