Job summary

Proteinea in the UAE is seeking an experienced commercial professional to manage coordination and transaction execution for GROW’s UAE lending and forfaiting business. You will oversee stakeholder relationships, negotiate terms and coordinate from origination through collection with cross-functional teams in Sales, Credit, Legal and Operations.

This role requires direct UAE lending experience, strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, and the ability to support business development

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial lending, SME or corporate banking.
• Direct UAE commercial lending experience is mandatory and includes customer relationships.
• Exposure to forfaiting transactions and their commercial structures.
• Experience coordinating financing transactions across internal teams from opportunity to follow-up.
• Strong understanding of lending pricing, fee structures, term sheets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as main commercial contact across Sales, partners, Product, Technology, Credit, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Manage progression of lending and forfaiting transactions to ensure timely completion.
• Negotiate pricing, fees, term sheets and contractual terms within approved parameters.
• Coordinate documentation, credit approvals, legal reviews, disbursements and settlements.
• Track pipeline, identify delays and elevate issues affecting execution or customer experience.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
