Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the full commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects in Dubai. You will drive pre-contract estimates, procurement strategies, and post-contract commercial control across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage tendering, contractor and consultant appointments, risk assessment, and robust commercial reporting to protect value and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced cost estimation and benchmarking skills.
• Expertise in procurement strategy, tendering, and bid evaluation processes.
• Proficiency in handling construction contracts and change management.
• Strong financial acuity and excellent report writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: provide feasibility estimates, review cost plans, develop benchmarks, advise on cost risks and procurement options, support business cases.
• Procurement: manage end-to-end procurement of consultancy and construction services, prepare tender docs, evaluate bids, ensure compliant and auditable processes.
• Post-Contract: monitor budgets, track expenditures, manage variations and claims, support final accounts and project audits.
• Commercial Reporting: produce monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, and escalate commercial risks with mitigation actions.
