Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hospitality, commercial, and residential development projects in the UAE from design through construction and handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure cost control, and embed Al-Futtaim brands where feasible.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience in a multinational context, and a focus on quality, programme delivery, and value engineering. Based in Dubai with on‑site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in the construction field from a project management background.
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position in a multinational environment.
• University degree in Civil Engineering and Building.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors and staff to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Drive quality assurance and obtain Completion Certificates.
• Monitor progress and coordinate actions to meet programme targets.
• Manage project costs within viability limits and prepare cost reports.
• Lead value engineering to optimise buildability and cost.
• Develop the project team and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
• Evaluate and select suitable construction participants such as suppliers and contractors.
