Job summary

NSR Associates in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across a 3.1 Billion AED portfolio, spanning hotels, industrial, high-rise towers and malls. The role guides pre- and post-contract commercial management, reviews, and client engagement, reporting to the General Manager and mentoring the Quantity Surveying team.

Candidates should have 15 years post-graduate Quantity Surveying background and proven Tier 1 contractor

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager.
• Experience on Tier 1 main contractors.
• Experience across full lifecycle of major build projects.
• Mentorship to Quantity Surveying team.
• Ability to navigate commercial disputes and strategic decisions.

Tier 1 main contractor seeking an experiencedCommercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager to provide strategic guidance and leadership across the Business Unit.The reality of this role means handling project reviews, guidance and client engagement for what is a 3.1 Billion AED portfolio.

Projects ranging from Hotels, Industrial, High-Rise Towers & Shopping Malls.

The successful candidate will take a key role in the commercial management and guidance for project teams both pre & post contract.

This person will have a direct line into the General Manager driving the business. You will have experience of the full lifecycle of major build projects from bid submissions to final account, upstream & downstream claims, providing career mentorship to your Quantity Surveying team and full client engagement.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as aCommercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager handling multiple projects
• 15 Years Post Graduate - Quantity Surveying
• Clear experience on relevant Build Projects for Reputable Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Able to hold the room in a calm and professional manner
• Capable to see the wood through the trees on strategy and commercial disputes

Package:

• Up to 85,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical
• Bonus scheme up to 3 Months of Basic Salary
