Job summary

Ignite Search & Selection in the United Arab Emirates seeks a strategic Commercial Director to lead the overall commercial and contracts function on major projects. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial management within major construction/contracting companies.
• Proven experience at Commercial Director / Head of Commercial / Senior Commercial Manager level.
• Strong background in major building, infrastructure or contracting projects.
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and commercial management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Western candidate preferred.
• Candidates with a salary expectation around AED 50,000–60,000 will be considered.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
