Michael Page is recruiting a Legal Counsel - Commercial (EMEA) for a Dubai-based role with a leading industrial manufacturer. The position offers regional exposure across Europe, Middle East and Africa and requires strong drafting, negotiation and IP/brand governance experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5-7 years PQE in-house or within private practice.
• Strong commercial legal background with exposure to IP/trademarks.
• Outstanding drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contract drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements (supply, distribution, marketing).
• Advising on licensing, brand partnerships and IP strategy.
• Manage global trademark portfolio; registrations and enforcement actions.
• Support compliance programs and risk management across jurisdictions.
• Lead or support dispute resolution and litigation within the EMEA region.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including market entries and M&A.
• Improve templates and internal processes; deliver legal training.
