Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Commercial/Contract Manager to oversee commercial and contract management activities for a major wastewater infrastructure restoration project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on EPC contracts, cost control, and risk management to ensure contractual obligations and project goals are met.

The candidate will lead negotiations, assist with procurement and subcontractor management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in wastewater management with focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expert in EPC contracts and FIDIC contract management.
• At least 5 years in a commercial or contract management role on similar projects.
• PMP certification and RICS certification.
