Job summary

Wasl Group is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) to lead a technology portfolio supporting leasing, sales, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle. You will translate business priorities into a structured portfolio of digital initiatives and ensure outcomes.

You will drive CRM and ERP integrations, collaborate with vendors, and enable Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA adoption while delivering data-driven CX improvements and process efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in IT, business, or related field with strong portfolio management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into technology requirements and investments.
• Proven ability to lead CRM and ERP integration programs and vendor partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate, asset management, or customer-centric industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic technology partner for leasing, sales, and customer-facing functions.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements and portfolio priorities.
• Manage CLM demand portfolio, governance, and delivery processes.
• Develop business cases with benefits, scope, and investment requirements.
• Maintain visibility of portfolio, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Drive CRM/ERP transformation across customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead adoption of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities using automation, data, AI to improve CX and efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, vendors, and delivery teams to delivery scalable solutions.
• Monitor delivery, budgets, quality, and business readiness; escalate when needed.
• Map customer journeys and identify pain points to simplify processes.
