• Strong contracts, variations, claims and commercial controls knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead coordination between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee construction execution to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.

• Manage variations, claims and contractual matters.
