Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior leader to head Client Management for Securities Services across the GCC and Egypt, with responsibility for deepening relationships, growing revenue and expanding the platform into Asia.

You will own the P&L of a diversified client portfolio, drive strategic account planning, wallet penetration and high-end client engagement, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions across Direct Custody & Clearing, Global

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years’ senior experience in client management, relationship management, commercial leadership, sales or product leadership in financial services.
• Deep understanding of Securities Services products and client requirements.
• Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships and revenue growth.
• Ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution across stakeholders.
• Experience leading senior teams and setting high standards for client coverage and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Securities Services Client Management function across GCC and Egypt.
• Own P&L for existing Securities Services clients and support Asia expansion.
• Drive strategic planning, wallet penetration and client retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Sales and Operations.
• Develop senior engagement priorities and structure cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and market requirements in each jurisdiction.
