Job summary

Marsh UAE seeks a driven Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President to manage a portfolio of Middle to upper corporate clients across multiple sectors in the UAE. You will build senior stakeholder relationships, design risk and insurance solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with a competitive benefits package and opportunities to advance within Marsh and MMC.

Qualifications

• University degree; 6–8 years of UAE insurance experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Experience with large corporate general lines insurance.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Develop account strategies to support retention and growth.
• Support renewal planning and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including risk consultants and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, filing protocols and service standards.
• Assist with invoicing, administration and credit control matters.
