Job summary

Marsh UAE is seeking a driven Client Executive, General Lines – AVP to manage a portfolio of mid-to-upper corporate clients and deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support renewal planning and cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes client strategy, service excellence, and revenue growth, with a hybrid work pattern and regional responsibilities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. UAE market experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 6–8 years of insurance experience.
• Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance.
• UAE market experience is advantageous.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of Mid & upper-corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Support design and implementation of risk management and insurance programmes.
• Assist renewal planning and ensure timely delivery of service commitments.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
