Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction operations on site. You will manage labour, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with contractors, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering, 1–3 years of site supervision experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of civil site supervision experience, preferably in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on-site supervision and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor labour, materials and equipment to optimise site operations.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Enforce safety protocols and health & safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work and rectify deviations.
• Plan and allocate tasks to site workers to meet milestones.
• Resolve site issues and escalate critical concerns to project managers.
• Report shortages and monitor inventory levels.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The role involves managing labour ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards coordinating with contractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor labour productivity materials and equipment usage to optimize site operations.
• Prepare daily site reports progress updates and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and rectify any deviations.
• Plan and allocate tasks to site workers to achieve project milestones.
• Assist in resolving site issues and elevate critical concerns to project managers.
• Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and report shortages in advance.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil site supervision preferably in residential commercial or infrastructure projects.
