Job summary
Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi invites a qualified Civil & Structural Engineer to review, design, and supervise Civil & Structural works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
You will prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and authorities, and ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's Degree or additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- 7 to 8 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of design experience with Consultants and/or EPC projects (Mandatory).
- UAE project experience, particularly in G+5 construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Review, design, and supervise Civil & Structural engineering works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, and participate in contractor meetings.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities throughout project execution.
- Monitor construction activities, site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, manage technical issues, engineering changes, and project risk assessments.
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, HSE requirements, and company standards.
