Schlumberger Limited in the United Arab Emirates seeks a civil and structural design engineer to tackle energy project challenges, from proposal input through execution. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant designs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of codes and standards.

The role requires hands-on analysis using SACS, STAAD, RAM Connection, and IDEA Statica, plus creating MTOs, design bases, and technical bid analyses for subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil and structural design for energy projects.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and with vendors.
• Prepare design basis, MTOs, and technical reports.
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools and design software.

Responsabilités

• Review client specifications during proposal phase.
• Review topographical survey maps and soil reports for inputs.
• Prepare civil and structural design basis and project specifications.
• Perform civil & structural analysis using SACS and STAAD.
• Define materials, fireproofing, painting, and coating schemes.
• Prepare technical requisition and bid analyses for fabrication.
