Job summary

Al Nasiya General Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our Abu Dhabi projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality.

You will read drawings, set daily priorities with engineers, manage labor crews and materials, and report progress and manpower status to site management. Fluency in English is preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety.
• Ability to lead multicultural labor teams.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Manage labor crews equipment and material usage.
• Ensure site safety rules and quality standards are followed.
