Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution procedures.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and consultants.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work follows drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project team for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Inspect ongoing works and ensure proper implementation of approved method statements and inspection procedures.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site discrepancies.
• Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays, and required corrective actions to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and follow up on inspections, material approvals, and site clearances with the consultant.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of progress, manpower, and site activities.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works.
