Job summary

A T G C Transport And General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.

You will perform inspections, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with at least 4 years of UAE site management experience and a PE certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE certification highly preferred.
• 4+ years' hands-on site management in UAE civil construction.
• Familiarity with local codes/regulations required.
• Proficient in construction management software (AutoCAD, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to align with specs and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Maintain site documentation: daily reports, photos, compliance records.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and trained.
• Support scheduling and budgeting, monitor expenditures and resources.
• Liaise with architects/engineers to resolve design-related issues.
