Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a Civil Maintenance Engineer to oversee projects, ensure schedules and budgets, and lead a team of technicians.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with at least 6 years' experience in building maintenance, UAE driving license, and SAP proficiency. Candidate will manage inspections, preventive strategies and maintain thorough asset records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; expatriates only; minimum 6 years experience.
• Experience in civil maintenance of buildings with a reputed construction/maintenance firm.
• Execution of preventive/corrective civil maintenance tasks of buildings, preferably transmission substations, ensuring safety.
• Thorough knowledge of civil maintenance of buildings including design, specification and maintenance.
• UAE driving license holder mandatory; computer proficiency, preferably in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of civil maintenance projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, identifying issues and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Manage and coordinate a team of technicians and contractors, providing technical guidance and oversight of performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance records including work orders, inspection reports and asset history.
