Job summary

The role includes planning preventive maintenance, reviewing work orders and drawings, supervising contractors, managing spare parts, and ensuring cost-effective maintenance within a large industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of supervision experience in civil maintenance within a large industrial setting.
• Oil & Gas experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance work orders and create preventive maintenance schedules.
• Review drawings and inspect facilities to meet safety and health standards.
• Evaluate corrective actions for facility systems and coordinate repairs.
• Implement a Trouble Report system and manage day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory and prepare materials lists and pricing specs.
• Participate in cost, quality, and reliability negotiations to optimise value.
• Plan and supervise Contractor Maintenance teams to meet quality standards.
