Job summary

Qualifications

• Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with equivalency credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision and inspection experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience with roads, highways, bridges, utilities and related civil works.
• Practical field knowledge and ability to inspect against drawings and specs.
• Fluent written and verbal English; capable of clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect infrastructure activities for compliance with drawings, specs, codes and project requirements.
• Monitor roads, bridges, utilities, drainage and related civil works for quality control.
• Verify workmanship and construction methods before acceptance of activities.
• Witness soil, concrete and material tests; review testing results for nonconformities.
• Maintain daily site diary, document Day Works, and coordinate with testers and surveyors.
• Escalate non-compliant work and resolve discrepancies with engineers and contractors.
