• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising infrastructure construction including road works and utilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, project specifications, and civil inspection processes.
• Strong analytic capabilities and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous surveillance of inspection activities to ensure compliance with codes and drawings.
• Supervise construction/maintenance of roads, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor drainage work, utilities, traffic control, and street lighting installations.
• Oversee installation of electrical equipment for traffic signals and street lighting.
• Support irrigation, planting, and roadway sign installation activities.
• Document daily project photographs and maintain site records.
