Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Civil and Fit-Out projects in the UAE. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and to client specifications.

The role requires a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, with GCC experience preferred and a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• Chartered professional member of a recognized body (RIBA/RICS/ICE, etc.) preferred.
• Project Manager Professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a supervisory role, GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors to plan project milestones.
• Maintain risk registers and report to the Projects and CW Manager.
• Serve as primary contact with external consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and review project proposals or RFQs for approval.
• Manage project requirements, cost control, and documentation of process.
